آغاز ثبت نام تاریخ های جدید آزمون آیلتس
داوطلبین گرامی به دلیل تغییر سیستم بانکی کشور از 1 دی ماه و اتصال به شبکه شاپرک، ثبت نام آزمون آکادمیک 25 ژانویه در شهرهای رشت، شیراز و کرمانشاه مجددا از روز 5 دی ماه 92 از سر گرفته خواهد شد.

متقاضیان محترم پس از اطمینان از فعال بودن پروفایل کاربری خود میتوانند بر روی وبسایت ielts.iauset.com نسبت به ثبت نام اقدام فرمایند. لازم به ذکر است شروع ثبت نام هر آزمون راس ساعت 10 صبح به وقت رسمی کشور میباشد.

مبلغ ثبت نام: 7،000،000 ریال بصورت علی‌الحساب. قیمت قطعی هر آزمون توسط سازمان سنجش محاسبه و اعلام می شود تا در صورت افزایش نسبت به مبلغ علی الحساب، داوطلبان مبلغ مابه التفاوت را به حساب مرکز مربوطه واریز کنند و چنانچه قیمت قطعی کمتر از قیمت علی الحساب باشد، مراکز می بایست مابه التفاوت را به ذینفعان مسترد کنند.

توجه:
1. انصراف از شرکت در این آزمون ها پس از ثبت نام قطعی امکان پذیر نمی باشد.
2. امکان تغییر ماژول از آکادمیک به جنرال و یا بالعکس پس از ثبت نام قطعی امکان‌پذیر نمیباشد.
3. امکان انتقال آزمون به آزمون‌های آینده پس از ثبت نام قطعی امکان پذیر نمیباشد.
4. پایان مهلت ثبت نام این آزمون ها ساعت 10 صبح تاریخ های اعلام شده میباشد. لذا به داوطلبان توصیه می‌گردد در اسرع وقت پس از رزرو آزمون اقدام به ثبت نام قطعی نمایند. بدیهی است داوطلبانی که در موعد مقرر، ثبت نام قطعی ننموده باشند از لیست رزرو آزمون حذف خواهند شد.
5. آزمون مصاحبه در فاصله زمانی یک هفته قبل تا یک هفته پس از آزمون کتبی برگزار خواهد گردید.
6. ارائه پاسپورت برای کلیه داوطلبان از ماه فوریه 2014 الزامی می باشد.آندسته از داوطلبانی که در پروفایل خود شماره ملی وارد نموده اند می بایست نسبت به تشکیل پروفایل جدید با شماره پاسپورت اقدام نمایند.
7. ثبت نام آزمون آیلتس دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تنها از طریق همین سامانه انجام می‌پذیرد و این مرکز با هیچ فرد یا موسسه ای جهت ثبت‌نام طرف قرارداد نمی‌باشد.

پست TNT:
آندسته از داوطلبانی که درخواست ارسال اصل کارنامه آزمون را به درب منزل خود دارند، میتوانند در روزهای برگزاری آزمون به مامورین پست TNT مستقر در طبقه همکف سالن برگزاری مراجعه فرمایند.
هزینه ارسال: 8000 تومان برای تهران و 15000 تومان برای سایر شهرها که میبایست در روز آزمون کتبی به مسئولین پست TNT پرداخت گردد.

نحوه ثبت نام:
1. ایجاد پروفایل کاربری از طریق صفحه Registration
2. فعال کردن پروفایل کاربری از طریق مراجعه به ایمیل شخصی و کلیک بر روی لینک ارسال شده از طرف سایت
3. ورود به سامانه از طریق نام کاربری و رمز عبور انتخابی
4. مراجعه به صفحه Add new exam و رزرو آزمون مورد نظر حداکثر تا 24 ساعت با توجه به زمان پایان ثبت نام
خالی بودن لیست آزمون در این صفحه به معنی عدم وجود ظرفیت خالی برای رزرو در آن لحظه، پر شدن آزمون و یا پایان مهلت ثبت نام میباشد.
5. مراجعه به صفحه My exam list و کلیک بر روی آیکن Buy در مقابل تاریخ آزمون مورد نظر
6. پرداخت اینترنتی مبلغ 7،000،000 ریال از طریق انواع کارت بانک‌های عضو شتاب به عنوان علی الحساب ثبت نام آزمون
7. دریافت شماره تراکنش پرداخت اینترنتی و ملاحظه فهرست نکات ضروری در روز آزمون های مصاحبه و کتبی
