Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop computer I bought in your store four days ago.

As soon as I turned on the computer, I realized that Windows operating system was not installed in it, although the offer said it was included. In addition, I chose a gray laptop and the one I received is black. Moreover, the default language of the laptop is Japanese and I have not been able to change it to my native language, which is English. To make matters worse, the memory specifications of this laptop are not the same as the ones that I read in your catalog.

I definitely need this situation to be solved as soon as possible. I made the decision to buy the laptop at your store, because of previous good recommendations some friends of mine gave me about your store. However, after this experience, I feel deceived.


I would like you can send me the laptop I first chose at your store, including all the specifications were shown in the offer. If I do not get a quick response to my request, I hope a full refund of the payment I already made.

 معاون آموزشی دانشگاه پیام نور از آغاز ثبت‌نام دور جدید فراگیر پیام نور از 15 مهرماه خبر داد.

دکتر معتمدی : ثبت‌نام دوره‌های فراگیر از نیمه مهرماه آغاز می‌شود و به مدت یک هفته ادامه دارد.

ثبت‌نام‌های فراگیر دانشگاه پیام نور در سه مقطع کاردانی به کارشناسی، کارشناسی پیوسته و کارشناسی ارشد خواهد بود.

امتحان دور جدید فراگیر پیام نور در دی‌ماه برگزار می‌شود.

معاون آموزشی دانشگاه پیام نور : قرار است از این پس ثبت‌نام‌های دوره‌های فراگیر پیام نور در مهرماه انجام گیرد.

کلاس های درس پذیرفته شدگان دومین نوبت آزمون فراگیر پیام نور سال جاری از ترم بهمن ماه آغاز میشود.

 مدیرکل آزمون دانشگاه پیام نور درباره مبلغ شهریه دوره های فراگیر این دانشگاه گفت: مبلغ شهریه دوره های فراگیر دانشگاه پیام نور باید در هیئت امنای دانشگاه تعیین و همزمان با اعلام نتایج اعلام شود.

محمدهادی امین ناجی با اعلام زمان ابلاغ مبلغ شهریه دوره های فراگیر دانشگاه پیام نور : شهریه دوره دانشجویی طبق تعرفه و مصوبات هیئت امنای دانشگاه پیام نور سالانه اعلام می شود اما شهریه این دوره همزمان با اعلام نتایج در شهریورماه ۹۰ ابلاغ خواهد شد.

مبلغ ما به تفاوت دوره دانشپذیری: ما به تفاوت دوره دانشپذیری متقاضیانی که پذیرفته می شوند در اولین نیمسال دانشجویی به میزان ۵۰ درصد شهریه ثابت و متغیر سال ورود متناسب با تعداد واحد اخذ شده خواهد بود.

امسال ثبت نام متقاضیان دوره های فراگیر در مقاطع کارشناسی پیوسته، کارشناسی ناپیوسته (کاردانی به کارشناسی) و کارشناسی ارشد در مهرماه صورت می گیرد و داوطلبان در آزمون این دوره ها که دی ماه ۹۰ برگزار می شود شرکت خواهند کرد.

سه آزمون فراگیر دانشگاه پیام نور با رقابت ۲۴۶ هزار و ۷۷۷ داوطلب در سه مقطع کاردانی به کارشناسی ناپیوسته، کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد اردیبهشت ماه سال جاری برگزار شد.
