در رایتینگ آیلتس آکادمیک تسک یک بسته به مخاطب نامه باید از لغات غیر رسمی و در برخی نامه های رسمی از لغات رسمی استفاده نماییم و در تسک 2 از لغات رسمی استفاده میکنیم ولی در رایتینگ آیلتس آکادمیک در هر دو تسک فقط از لغات رسمی استفاده مینماییم .
رمز موفقیت آیلتس در رایتینگ WRITING، ریدینگ READING، لیستنینگ LISTENING و حتی اسپیکینگ SPEAKING دانستن مترادف SYNONYMS و متضاد ANTONYMS لغات و بکار بردن آن به جای لغات داده شده میباشد.
